Responsibilities of company lead:

• Negotiate profit sharing plans and objectives where applicable

• Understand the profit sharing plan and payout; put to WPIA vote if any change of WPIA payout is in order

• I will attempt to get production numbers but if I need help in securring, the company lead would step in

• Discuss any additional bonus plans/incentives/advertising money available with your company;

• Be prepared to discuss any issues with the above at the cluster meeting
